CTOpinion,  Connecticut Connection, and Hartford Research Center are business names used by Research for Policy Decisions, Inc., a marketing research company that has been in continuous business since 1979.  Our business specializes in the qualitative side of market research.  That means we are directed to capturing more in-depth insight from consumers than would usually be possible using a check-off survey.  Our research techniques include focus groups and individual interviews, online bulletin boards, sending consumers on video assignments and other methods that allow for new ideas and for learning the undercurrents of consumer preference and decision making.
